Our community was built in 1973, and for a long time was considered to be ‘the best kept secret in Cobb county’. We are a community of Condominiums with amenities including a multi-use club house and  5 ft deep pool. The property use to be larger and included tennis courts. We are located in the heart Mableton, Georgia- within walking distance of The Mablehouse and Historic Mableton Community Garden  and relatively close to the Silver Comet Trail. It’s also directly on the CCT busline, and is comfortably nestled behind Aldi (one of the best grocery stores to shop at) and Zaxbys. In the past few years, the area has been booming and city has installed 10 foot sidewalks and medans for the safety of it’s residents. Commuting to downtown Atlanta takes about 25 minutes, as well as the Airport.
